A Little About My HistoryBack in 1981, I became a certified community advocate, helping my community. I started as a Tiny Todd group leader, raising funds to benefit low-income kids and assisting low-income families in areas I was trained in. In 1984, I received a certificate for my volunteer service from the University of Maine Cooperative Service, focused on helping kids learn to cook and understand proper nutritional values.I then became the treasurer for the Task Force on Human Needs and a member of its board of directors.
