Mark Roberts has spent over twenty-five years working as an Australian law enforcement officer.  He has spent the majority of his career working in country areas within South Australia and has also enjoyed his time working in metropolitan Adelaide.  Mark and his family still live in rural locations, where they continue to be strong advocates of community spirit and mindfulness. 

One of his passions has always been to become an author of fiction .  He wrote his first novel, "The Highway Man", whilst he was recovering from injury.  He enjoyed his passion for writing so much that he felt he needed to write a sequel.  His second novel, "Justice is Blind", picks up after the adventures of the first story reprising s characters from the first novel.  Mark has written and published three novels and is currently writing a collection of short stories, which he aims to release soon.
